The eLitigation is online system to conduct case proceedings. It allows registration of cases online with option to opt for remote hearing or courtroom hearing. If opted for remote hearing, it has provision to conduct online hearing using inbuilt VC system. All online cases are recorded in the Case Management System. It ensure uninterrupted access to justice particularly for remote, far-flung communities.
